While, in my case, there was a very slight learning curve for the software, the aircraft itself is VERY easy to pilot, takes excellent 1080p video, and is just plain fun

I knew upfront about the 12-15 min battery life, so make sure you get extra (I have 5 batteries now) to cover the best shots and videos during the day

I love this drone, awesome photos and videos, my wife is even flying it and taking videos.

The Spark when controlled by a phone/pad moves slowly and deliberately, which will offer the novice a faily smooth video shoot.

“looking forward to making amazing videos,” be forewarned that the Spark will not produce the same footage you see from Phantom, Inspire, Mavic, Typhoon, etc

The camera worked great, the videos were great, the gimbal was stable, the battery performed as advertised

Video is great too - prefer 4k but will live until DJI does a firmware upgrade on these to 4k

Aside from that the video quality is more than good enough and imports into the PC/Mac like any camera's video would

Sport mode is a blast, but the video is unusable

Sure, it can take beautiful 1080p video footage, but you won’t be as surprised of the video quality if you get used to watching the mavic/phantom quality

n’t get the top notch 4k video you do see on youtube, but will still be able to capture BEAUTIFUL video

I then almost lost the drone because of the poor video feed when I used the return to home functionality on a low battery the drone flew out of

You can capture smooth video if you fly well and not trying to rush your way through a shot.

It is so easy to fly, and so reliable, with fantastic video quality

I'd recommend this for anyone new to drones, it's easy to use and produces great videos.

Video was poor at best

Though I keep seeing weak video connection in the app with the cable, it has been very stable with the cable

This is because 3-axis gimbals stabilizes your video on all 3 axis (yaw, pitch and roll) while 2-axis gimbals stabilizes only on the pitch and roll axis

if someone were paying you for a job, I don’t think the video is good enough

but I have taken lots of satisfactory photos and videos with it

The automated cinematic video shots and image tracking make your videos look like a pro

It takes decent video, especially in 1080 stabilized mode, and it's mostly easy to use

Both 3-axis and 2-axis gimbals have their own pros and cons.3-axis gimbals generally provide better video stability than 2-axis gimbals
