It seems like on a low setting it vibrates (so no shocking) however on a higher setting it does shock

Packaging was great small and compact and came with all instructions and parts, it has the beep vibrate mode and the shock mode, which I personally don't recommend on puppies because they get really scared with this, also need to pay attention if your dogs bites the device, sometimes it was on beep mode and she activated the shock mode herself biting it
