We went with this device because it only emits a tone and then will vibrate, not too bad to imagine your phone on vibrate strapped to your neck

The tone was loud and picked up on other noises or barks from the other dog causing it to vibrate and push the tone... kinda punishing the dog wearing it when he didn't bark.
