I've also had the Holy Octave for a short period, and the Digital Octave Harmonic Square handles the 1 and 2 octave intervals by far better

The octave down sounds perfectly good once engaged but the drawbacks of excessive hiss and switch pop aren't worth even $45

It basically turns this pitch shifter into a nice lush sounding chorus

In the second position to the right with the wet turned all the way to the right, that's exactly what you'll get, a baritone guitar sound.
