Although this device is a good price and has compact size, it's outputs are not truly isolated.
Like many others I just couldn't see myself spending $150-$200 on a power supply and thankfully Donner and some others are producing good products at fair prices to the consumer.

The manufacturer read the review and set me a new unit at no charge and explained that their product IS isolated but that had some type of product defect
In my eyes, if the LEDs don’t work, the product is defective, end of story

Donner's Customer service was fast and effective in resolving my problem.
The Donner DP-2 has been very impressive to me in the early going, and with one small tweak (discussed below and by other reviewers), it should be exactly what I need.
The Donner DP-2 works very well and mounts perfectly under the Donner DB3 pedal board
I initially Had a problem with this power supply but Donner customer service stepped in and resolved the issue quickly.
Still, knowing that going in, I opted for the DP-2 anyway, and still think it was the best option in this price range.
If you are looking at putting together a professional-caliber pedalboard (the full components of which will probably cost in excess of a $1,000), then by all means, take a look at investing in the Voodoo Labs product or one of the other more expensive options.
