It's a great idea but it should have a different mechanism for adjusting length because it just has a buckle like a backpack strap would have and that obviously doesn't do the trick.

I love the idea of this product, it is brilliant and so much easier/cheaper than a baby gate; however, after a few slight pushes on the door my toddler was able to break into the laundry room and the sticky part came off
