It will not install with your anti-virus software active (all sorts of strange errors)

I didn't have any trouble installing (don't forget to temporarily turn off your anti-virus software).

I did not give it 5 stars because of the install issues (they really should tell you how to turn off the major anti-virus softwares and warn you that it will take a long time)

When they say turn off your anti-virus software they mean it.

That said, Dragon does improve as it goes, they say, and it can learn from your other written material, including documents and email

The only way it works as of right now is if I keep hitting the Dragon icon that turns the microphone on and off.

I know that this will help me with my side business as well as with my regular job

I am currently trying to dispute the charge with American Express because they won`t take the product back once it is opened
