It may be me, but I am having issues getting this installed on my computer.

I had Office 2000 installed (which worked fine) and DNS refused to load with outdated Word

Unfortunately, I needed to then do a clean install and can't find the disk.

Nothing in the install informed me that the install was incomplete, or 'not good'.

After installing on a Windows computer (alas, it's not Mac compatible!), the package will be ready-to-go in just a few minutes

The product install fails, and you'll need to locate msxml.msi on your own, run it after your install fails, and before you will get this thing to work.

Now the product is installed, but almost completely unusable

However, the install is incredibly slow, especially if you're doing an upgrade.

But for a vendor to put software like this into the marketplace that doesn't work install properly on a standard Windows laptop is criminal

It is a piece of crap and if it keeps causing my system to crash I'm sending it back!

but even with a better headset that I can't afford I simply cannot see that it would get to the point of being fast or fun

I am currently trying to dispute the charge with American Express because they won`t take the product back once it is opened

That said, Dragon does improve as it goes, they say, and it can learn from your other written material, including documents and email

The only way it works as of right now is if I keep hitting the Dragon icon that turns the microphone on and off.

I know that this will help me with my side business as well as with my regular job
