    • could not install Dragon on a brand new computer with window 8.. no error or any information.. just a message that it could not install it!!After spending one hour on the phone with tech support, I had to download several Gigs files to install the system.. after all that, it now crashed office 365 word and slowed down outlook to crawl.. terrible product that I now have to un-install!
    • Called Tech support and they are so concern about my trying to pirate the program they requested screen shots (not copy & paste but screen shots) of the "*.ini" file and a screen shot of my actual order showing I paid for it.
    • You will buy software and when it doesn't load call Tech support - I WARNED YOU !

    • After several calls, re-installs, etc. with their tech support the vendor Nuance said "Upon double checking, Dragon Naturally Speaking 13 Home is not tested to work properly on MS

    • I finally called tech support because although the windows speech recognition worked fine, Dragon could not recognize my microphone.

    • Their lack of offering me any sort of real tech support or good customer service is what earned them a 1 star rating
    • I did have some trouble with tech support while installing - they tried to upsell me to a newer version when I reported that the microphone that came with the program was not interacting with the Dragon, and recommended I buy a new microphone with different connectivity
