I tried cleaning the unit innumerable times with the supplied product, no good

We have purchased several units and all have worked well.

The power supplies lived through the warranty period, but not much longer ... so the calculation you must make is whether a unit that lives just about that long is worth the purchase price

Also, the form feed button on the front is new which is a fast easy way to align forms to make ready for use

If you mail 5-15 letters a day as we do, this is great way to go.

You can save quite a bit with off-brand labels (I use Dymo Compatible 99019 LabelWriter Self-Adhesive White 1-Part Internet Postage Labels, 2-5/16" x 7-1/2" (4 Rolls, 150 Labels Per Roll) instead) and they work just fine

great price easy setup

Setup was easy for both the LabelWriter and Endicia Stamps.

After 2 years, I should hope that the company is innovative enough to have improved on this product

so i go through this debug process from time to time.dymo - nice little company with products that have sucked as of late.

The quality of the label is outstanding and printing is super fast

All in all, it's too good and fast of a printer to let the poor quality of the included software bring me down.

Especially given the fact that even the least expensive Dymo Stamps capable LabelWriter model is over $100, this will NOT save you any money in postage, will NOT save you any time, and ordering stamps online from USPS (or getting them from the local post office) is just as convenient, if not more convenient, than ordering the stupid thermal refills online from Dymo and waiting for them to arrive.

Dymo no longer supports this model and will not help repair it

It is possible, of course, that current models are more reliable

The Dymo LabelWriter works well, is supported by the software and is relatively inexpensive

The Dymo is a big improvement over the dot matrix printer it replaced

The only gripes I have is finding various labels, even Dymo has a back order on labels and the cost of spare spools ($10.00 each) to simply changing label rolls
