This reader works great (with a little editing occasionally), and I was able to scan, edit, and import to Outlook over 100 cards in about 30 minutes
with the supplemental program SCAN210 (available online for a fee), this unit scans business cards with ease and a surprisingly good optical reader which discerns most information quite nicely.

there- App launches fast and works great -- no slowness or crashes- Very solid .VCF export, including batches of cards (my plan is to command-click cards that I want to put into Outlook, batch export to .VCF files, and then drag & drop these files
- Direct export to Outlook Mac 2011 would be wonderful, but this might be a Microsoft issue and not a DYMO issue -- DYMO?- Export to Address

It worked pretty well about 85% of the time (with regard to getting the information scanned correctly and in the right fields) so I was pretty happy with it.

I thought they offered a good feature with the bizcardsync to sync computer with cell phone and having all cards available in phone, downloaded the CarsScanSync for the windows and for android, it worked at
The new version works well and has better features.

So the device is decent if you have no plans on ever upgrading your Office software beyond 2013 32bit.
The device is invaluable if you work in Sales or Marketing and collect lots of business cards
The device I purchased arrived DOA and the Dymo support group immediately solved my issue and rushed a replacement
I don't want to return it, because it is such a great device, but I would dearly like to see Dymo either improving their support operations or else selling the product range to a company with the ability to provide even a basic level of effective support
Tech support has no idea when the drivers or firmware will be updated
Just spent about one hour on tech support with Dymo support
The big joke is I have tried to call tech support about 6 times and the hold times are over 20minutes.
Their product is not compatible with 64 bit office and (this is the part that defies explanation), their tech support says they have NO FUTURE PLANS to make their product work with 64 bit machines.
After trying to install the software several times, I called the tech support line and had to wait over an hour and a half for someone to answer
On other versions of OS X®, CardScan scanners and software may be used in a virtual environment with compatible versions of Windows®.This only applies to CardScan Executive
5-stars (and will) if they can fix the S/W registration problem quickly and permanently.
From my experiences on Windows 7, 64 bit and Outlook 32 bit 2010 version, flawless
The V9 software installed without a hitch and works better than older version.

Dymo hasn't bothered to update their software in the past three years and they software is not compatible with my mac.
I don't want to return it, because it is such a great device, but I would dearly like to see Dymo either improving their support operations or else selling the product range to a company with the ability to provide even a basic level of effective support
I love it but Dymo have regretfully to end the product
There are some unusual cards that may not get fully entered, you do have to double check emails it sometimes mixes 2 N's as an M but overall very happy and saves me time which is the point.
This product will not work with Outlook 64 bit, DYMO suggests you downgrade to the 32 bit version!
