After numerous interactions with their customer support, they admitted that it no longer works and that they don't expect a fix.

5-stars (and will) if they can fix the S/W registration problem quickly and permanently.

There are some unusual cards that may not get fully entered, you do have to double check emails it sometimes mixes 2 N's as an M but overall very happy and saves me time which is the point.
