Customer Support figured that out pretty quickly and offered to send me a replacement unit at no charge.

I have read various reviews on this forum disparaging this product and DYMO's customer support.

After numerous interactions with their customer support, they admitted that it no longer works and that they don't expect a fix.

5-stars (and will) if they can fix the S/W registration problem quickly and permanently.

There are some unusual cards that may not get fully entered, you do have to double check emails it sometimes mixes 2 N's as an M but overall very happy and saves me time which is the point.
