The device I purchased arrived DOA and the Dymo support group immediately solved my issue and rushed a replacement

I don't want to return it, because it is such a great device, but I would dearly like to see Dymo either improving their support operations or else selling the product range to a company with the ability to provide even a basic level of effective support

The device is invaluable if you work in Sales or Marketing and collect lots of business cards

So the device is decent if you have no plans on ever upgrading your Office software beyond 2013 32bit.
