    DYMO CardScan v9 Executive Business Card Scanner and Contact Management System for PC or Mac (1760686)

    • The big joke is I have tried to call tech support about 6 times and the hold times are over 20minutes.
    • Just spent about one hour on tech support with Dymo support
    • Tech support has no idea when the drivers or firmware will be updated
    • After trying to install the software several times, I called the tech support line and had to wait over an hour and a half for someone to answer
    • Their product is not compatible with 64 bit office and (this is the part that defies explanation), their tech support says they have NO FUTURE PLANS to make their product work with 64 bit machines.
    • 5-stars (and will) if they can fix the S/W registration problem quickly and permanently.
