You can't put this box on a flat surface otherwise it over heats and crashes and keep restarting until it cools a little bit then it starts and crashes again when hot

This is by far the worst product I've ever purchased on amazon.. wish shipping it back to you weren't so darn expensive since I had it ship to me to the island of Trinidad and Tobago
