The packaging was solid & it is a GREAT value for money

so I have no perspective about their longevity, but as of my initial take, these are a great value.

Mine allows me to play/pause, and (via hold) activate voice-recognition (for commands, etc.).The build and quality seem good, and it's a great value for the price!

The cord is nice and long and doesn't stick to itself and tangle really easily like some do.

I use them when working out and running and have no problems hearing them clearly, having them stay in the ear, or the cord getting snagged on anything.

The cord knocks back and forth inside the housing which you can defiantly hear

I specifically was looking for a pair of in-ear headphones like the style from the 90's early 2000's as I seriously hate the new style of design...they never fit properly or stay in my ear

I personally like this style of "outside ear bud" rather than "in the ear" or "on the ear" because I don't like noise suppression and I don't like a bulky headphone on my head

The foam covers helped a little, but on of the covers kept falling off

once you have the foam covers on--I use them when I run, and they haven't fallen out yet

Don't stay in ears very well, plastic is cheap, sound quality is

My son said the sound quality was good but the plastic was harder than the apple ones

I wanted something I could use at the gym (plugging into gym equipment) as well as with my iPod.

On the Edifier H180s, hard plastic protects the wires at these stress points, helping to mitigate the problem

Had wasted quite a bit of money on trying to replace my MOST Excellent Sandisk Sansa earphones

The sound is a bit bright which may annoy some people, but the bass response is impressive for earbuds in this price range

The sound quality is amazing, however, I would just like to point out the fact that I did not like that the base sounds a bit too loud

They are a bit more expensive than I usually spend, but I'm quite pleased with them

I haven't used them for a month yet but the size of the headphones as well as the quality of sound that comes out of them is very good and although the cords are a bit longer than what I wanted them to be, it's still more of a pro than a con because it lets you stretch them out for a good bit of distance.
