Electrohome Alarm Clock Radio with USB Charging for Smartphones & Tablets includes Dual Alarm, Battery Backup, Auto Time Set & 1.2" LED Display with 4 Dimming Options (EAAC470)

    • Plugged it in, set my time zone, and there was the correct time
    • The time shows up so perfect on the lowest setting
    • Since I listen to the radio to put me to sleep, I have the bright time display lighting up the room.
    • Like that one can project time on ceiling or wall and dim display entirely
    • We display the time on the ceiling and it works great
    • Visible time is easy to see
    • Charges my phone and bright time display
    • Never thought how useful having the time on your ceiling would spoil me !!
    • The first thing is your time zone, after pushing the buttons I set it to the wrong time zone
    • The time is correct right when I plugged them
    • If you unplug it or lose power it comes back with the correct time
    • This item works good and shows the time on the ceiling great and easy to see with red time on ceiling
    • The dim red time projected on the ceiling at night is very non-invasive
    • would have preferred the time on the clock be red rather than blue (easier to see), but all in all it's a winner.
    • Projected time on ceiling is awesome.
    • It was also the easiest clock/time set up ever! That being said, I realize that once the battery dies, or the flimsy plastic housing gets cracked by some accidental fall, I will need to replace the clock entirely (which probably makes the ~$35 too much to be honest).
    • : The thing loses time
    • Would like to turn the time 90 degrees- projection time hard to read, numbers too close together for my poor sight- clock and alarm features hard to set up
    • Easy to set alarms and the time sets itself
    • I love the projected time onto my ceiling
    • I had a hard time to fall asleep
    • It hasn't lost time at all as mentioned in other reviews.
    • The size of the projected time display is very small, I mean tiny!Lastly, you cannot dim the blue time display enough for my liking.
    • Never have to worry about the correct time anymore.
    • Can always turn it off if you don't.3 brightness levels for LED or OFF, the dimmest setting may still be to bright for some people but you can always turn off the LED and just project the time on the wall/ceiling which is a dim red
    • Very simple to set up, use, and keeps very good time.
    • I knew it was losing time, so on New Years Day, I set the correct time and just let it go to see how much.
    • Once plugged into 110V the correct time returns in large numbers.
    • You can also dim the time all the way down to nothing if you want
    • It works great - so far no problems - we like the time being viewed on the ceiling of the bedroom
    • I bought two of these and neither one keeps correct time.
    • My son loves the time on the wall.
    • Would be great if it would just keep the time correct
    • The fact that it shows the correct time the first time you plug it in is indicative of the thought that went in to its design - it has many convenient and useful features.
    • Even after several months of use, I still have a very difficult time getting my finger on the correct button to turn off the alarm
    • An old man with burned fingers wearing gloves would have an easier time finding my clit while i'm wearing snow pants than I do finding the snooze bar on this infuriating alarm clock.
    • It has an atomic clock so keeps perfect time.
    • If the LED is not displayed, tap the alarm button one time to display alarm time and a second time to activate the alarm for the next day
    • it's got the right time on it... also he is able to conveniently plug his cell in every night right there... it also has that special light we can use on the ceiling.. this didn't work out for us so well with a cathedral ceiling... seemed it was upside down
    • My instinct is to not read instructions for something so simple as an alarm clock, but I decided I'd better read the instructions to see what the clock was telling me... and at about the same time that I got the instructions opened, I finally realized that the "code" was merely the correct time being
    • The time is perfect.
    • I kept one to replace my other 7 year old projection clock which runs fast by few seconds and I usually correct the time every few months
    • Went to correct time as soon as plugged in
    • I decided to turn the clock backwards and keep the white LED time off because LED clocks next to the bed bother me, even on dim.
    • I'm not sure what they mean by it will "detect" the correct time
    • Item works great, and is super convenient with it's time projection feature and USB charging capabilities.
    • Just when you think you have gone through the seemingly 75 steps to set the right time and number of days for the alarm, this clock seems to have a mind of its own and next thing you know you are late for work
    • That tells me the microchip whose function is to keep accurate time is a real cheapo and not designed well.
    • It’s small and it projects the time very well
    • I then followed exactly as it read in the instructions to reset to the proper time zone, date, regular or military time, alarm time, choose between Sunday-Saturday, Monday-Friday or Saturday-Sunday wake up, AM or FM /volume wake up level and 3 brightness settings
    • I decided to turn the clock backwards and keep the white LED time off because LED clocks next to the bed bother me, even on dim.
    • The time set automatically when I turned it on and set up was very easy
    • Really nice alarm with the bright blue numbers that dim several times or dim all the way out and just have the ceiling numbers up
    • This clock looks nice, but what good is a clock that tells the wrong time and has an alarm that is so difficult to set that you have to keep the instructions with it
    • Also the time is not accurate
    • Easy to operate, dual time, you could set for week or weekend which is very nice and no other clocks that I know of have that feature
    • I love the red projected time on the ceiling of our bedroom and the ability to not only dim the screen, but to shut if off completely
    • Although the 3 minutes right now doesn't make any difference, in the future, it will be considered a wrong time.
    • We got this because our last clock kept loosing time.
    • Haven't been able to get the dimmer to work yet, and as far as programming the stations I am having a hard time with that.
    • When you power it up the first time it asks for the timezone and after that the time is always correct
    • This clock is keeping excellent time.
    • I love the projected time and all the features.
    • I am also disappointed that although it displayed close to the correct time, it is not apparently set against an accurate standard.
    • Doesn't keep time well.
    • It seems to keep time well.
    • Some of the LEDs on the display were broken and as a result, the time in the display was unreadable
    • So having the time on the ceiling is fantastic.
    • I had to advance it 4 minutes to read the correct time as shown by other devices.
    • Great compact clock radio, it took a little time to learn the features, but it's worth it.
    • Third time is the charm after previously ordering two duds
    • The time was accurate within two minutes right out of the box.
    • The time was off by roughly 20 minutes when I turned it on, but seems that it has held the right time well since then.
    • It never shows the right time.
    • First the alarm would not go off everysingle time (and I tested it when awake)
    • I haven't had this much fun telling time since, like, age 5!!!
    • Projects the time on the ceiling and easy to read
    • Bought this for my wife and she loved the blue numerals as well as the time projection on the ceiling
    • Easy to program, love the time projection and radio sounds clear.
    • Automatically set the time for me and projection works great
    • Dimmable blue LED time on the clock itself or you can turn it off
    • I also bought one for my 94 year old mother in law that has a hard time seeing her watch through the night
    • It would be nice if it would show the correct time.
    • Enjoy seeing time on ceiling
    • Out of the box: 5 minutes slow; so, I adjusted the time; next day: 5 minutes slow
    • I haven't tried the radio, but it keeps good time and charges my phone
    • Like that one can project time on ceiling or wall and dim display entirely
    • Keeps time, two alarms, plays fm radio
    • Just amazing seeing the time in those pretty blue lights on a sleepless night....all while the phone charges.
    • Does not keep correct time
    • and both don't keep good time
    • time).Overall: Not a bad purchase if you want or need all the features
    • Well, it does set itself, but it runs 19 minutes ahead of the accurate time
    • table.lights up to see time well.
    • The time is always right
    • The USB charging port and projector are nice, but it doesn't keep great time.
    • Love the projected time on my ceiling at night
    • Our old alarm clock stayed on for 60 minutes and we are usually out of the house in under 60 minutes so that time worked really well.
    • I love the fact that it set the correct time automatically at the press of one button
    • The time on the ceiling is bright enough to clearly read
    • I love the reflected time in the wall.
    • It's being used as a clock because it keeps good time.
    • and it was great to see the correct time in the morning.
    • My previous very old clock radio was no longer keeping good time, and I never loved the design of it anyway.
    • When I plugged the clock in, the time set itself 8 minutes slow
    • My favorite all-time alarm-clock
    • Yes, the LED time lights are bright for at night but they are super easy to
    • The led color is white blue which is great for me, because I have a hard time reading the red led Alarm clocks at night
    • I had a hard time reading numbers in daylight and nighttime, difficult to see in all brightness levels
    • Setting to the correct time is difficult
    • But now I've had it for over a year and the time is 5 minutes fast
    • The clock has kept the time well.
    • Everything works fine on this clock except it doesn't keep good time
    • Everything works fine on this clock except it doesn't keep good time
    • This is the only digital clock I've ever owned that gradually loses time
    • My favorite all-time alarm-clock
    • We had a hard time finding an alarm clock that self set, had a display that stayed on, and had projection
    • My previous very old clock radio was no longer keeping good time, and I never loved the design of it anyway.
    • The time on the ceiling is such a great benefit at night
    • I experienced multiple power loss and the clock picked the right time automatically at each time when the power came back.
    • The last time I flipped it off the nightstand, the radio ceased working
    • The time on the clock is easy to see, and it is easy to turn off the alarm (something not all clocks do easily).
    • The time is not accurate
    • This clock radio is very easy to read and gave the correct time immediately after it was plugged in.
    • Lose power, it still keeps its time.
    • We love the time on the ceiling at night.
    • It does project the time on our ceiling nicely if dark.
    • and it had the right time
    • I had a difficult time setting the time and the alarms, and I still haven't figured out how to use the radio.
    • Perfect for storage and next time without power.
    • We set the alarm M-F and don't have to worry about it going off on the weekends
    • You can set one alarm, or both alarms, for a single day, M-F, weekends only or all seven days of the week
    • Does not take up a lot of room - Brightness controls - Ceiling projection - M-F alarm - LOVE IT!
    • I especially like that you can set it to alarm M-F only and not have to do anything to keep it from ringing on the weekends.
    • But since I work a normal M-F job, and it has dual alarms, it's not something I have to mess with much
