I Like the size and that the display can be shut off completely to better darken the room-very few clocks have this option

The projector for the time is amazing, you cannot see it unless your room is completely dark so its not distracting at all

The clock is lightweight, easy to read, easy to turn off the screen so the room is dark at night, and I love the projection of the time on the ceiling.

A dark unlit room, or night time, the projected time display works well, and is readable, particularly if you tweak the lens focus

The other models had a glow behind the projected numbers that illuminated my whole room

Now I can discretely see the time on my wall without illuminating the whole room.

Four stars because it is difficult to push any buttons without moving the clock around and then you have wait for a dark room to make sure the projected time is properly aligned.

Also if you like a very dark room at night you should get the red display, not the blue

Sun lit room, well lit room, or even dimly lit room, projecting about 9.5 feet onto a wall, almost invisible in a sun lit room or well lit room, slightly better in a dimly lit (only light from a 40 watt bulb heavily shaded) room but not easily readable.
