  • Elgato replaced the malfunctioning Stream Deck and it works like a charm so far
  • I use the Stream Deck on my Mac and it works flawlessly
  • The picture icons shrink when a button is actuated and return to full size when released, but with those 3 buttons, it would cause the bottom right button icon to shrink and then the whole stream deck was unresponsive until I fiddled with it a bit - not exactly a problem you can overlook
