Many reviews complained of dents and scratches, and poor customer service when trying to contact Elite Screens, but I decided to take my chances.

Elite Screens website didn't seem to offer specifically the right remote control, all he could find was a package with ALL the various accessories in one package (RF remote, IR remote, trigger cable, wall control panel, etc.... literally everything you can get for a Spectrum screen) even though you only need one of these things to function.

If anyone can see below a comment from Elite Screens (I actually didn't see it here) they found me via e-mail and reached out to me about my mentioned concerns

I had some plans that involved using the screen sooner for an event, so I contacted Elite Screens directly through their website chat and asked if they could expedite delivery, even if it cost more.

I contacted Elite Screens and they told me they would email directions on how to adjust the upper limit.

I have the following screen: Elite Screens Starling Tab-Tension 2, 120" 16:9, 14" Drop, Tensioned Electric Motorized Projector Screen, STT120XWH2-E14.The screen came with 14 inches of extra black space at the top of the screen.

- Unfortunately, while Amazon Prime ships quickly, Elite Screens wouldn't deliver this package of controls and remotes (which I now use happily) for two full weeks.
