    Emerson CKS1800 SmartSet Alarm Clock Radio with AM/FM Radio, Dimmer, Sleep Timer and .9" LED Display, CKS1800

    • Came with dead internal battery and I could not get the screw out to replace the battery.
    • Battery was dead on arrival .
    • One had a dead battery and was unable to set or store the time automatically.
    • I think it may have a defective battery
    • Dual alarms, multi-day selection (weekend, weekday, 7 day), battery backup, very cool
    • So disappointed that this came with a dead backup battery.
    • So either the battery that came with the radio is of poor quality or the battery condition sensor in the clock is not working properly
    • As others have recently posted, as soon as the unit was plugged in, the weak battery light started flashing and the time did not automatically set.
    • Also, the weak battery light on the clock has been on since the first time I plugged the clock into the ac outlet.
