This clock is always 1-2 minutes slow compared to my Emerson Smart Set CKS1708clock, my LaCrosse atomic weather station/clock and my decade old Casio MTG-900 atomic watch.

It's compact, the numbers can be dimmed if that bothers you (however, even on the brighter setting, they are hard to make out in the daylight), there are two alarms and you can choose between radio or buzzer wake-up

The lighted numbers could not be seen during the day even on the brightest setting

On brightest setting, cannot see during daytime.

Even at the brightest setting the digits are difficult to read

There are two brightness settings on it, which was stated in the description, but they are dim and dimmer… and the brightest setting is so low you can barely see it from about 10-feet away

it may be called the smart set alarm but was anything but, could not see readout unless it was a foot from you

The display brightness is so dull even at the brightest setting, you literally has to squint to see the time even from couple feet away.

However, when you set it to go off as an alarm, it defaults back to the loudest setting and goes off guns-a-blazin' the next morning.

The "Bright" setting would be adequate if it were actually the low setting; the "Bright" setting needs to be at least twice as bright as it is for it to be what you would normally expect
