My 13x19 prints were of Big Bend National Park at the window at sundown, the printer captured the nuance of the foreground shadowing and contrast while capturing the "atomic" glow of the sunset on the mountains as it softly lit up the inside of the camera, I never thought it would be possible for a home printer to capture this glowing quality in the photo.

All my cards and envelopes are finished and in record breaking time and the quality and clarity are incredible!

Also tends to over saturate prints, not nearly as good quality when I do finally get it to print

The settings from the printer driver dialogue are pretty easy to use, there is a print manager if you want to use it to tweak the settings, but I have to tell you that on all the Epson photo papers I tested, the regular high quality settings along with the PhotoEnhance option (slow, not fast) was good enough to render spectacular results

It prints with vivid color, but every time the head cleaning consumes too much ink

That being said, I have to say this is the best photo printer I've ever seen in my home or any home anywhere.

This makes me hate Epson.

Epson has finally restored my faith in their photo printers, anything less than this is just junk

Usually even when I calibrate both the printer and computer to ensure accurate prints I usually had to lighten my picture to get it to match my screen.

I had to return it as I was hoping it would have printed well on cloth

I've had Epson printers for well over 20 years, feel BETRAYED, and my printer sits idle while I cancel events requiring prints.

So the jury is still out on if printer is any good until I get the second one.
