Unfortunately, it barks all day long on k-band to false signals from nearby cars' blind spot monitors, rendering it useless to me in urban / busy highway situations

However, the signals from the side has an inexplicable delay

Maybe once a month do I get the proper signal and all the saved GPS spots don't go off

Even with the latest firmware (1/12/16) this has NOT been totally resolved yet, even with the Arm chip and the upgraded DSP, I still receive many false K alerts, but the speed in which the Max 360 processes and eliminates the false signals has been improved significantly when compared to the 9500ix, and just somewhat over the Passport Max and the Max 2

Makes it easier to pick out a cop from an Acura, and recognize if the signal is a threat

However, the Max 360 gives me plenty of warning in time to slow down, and it quickly learned to filter out the false signals.

It does not have arrows though, however it does have manual lockout of false signals via a manual button.

I have it hard wired and the ability to lock-out false signals is easy and an essential feature.

It shows you where the threat is, which band is being used and within 3 days of going the same route, it has quited the learned false signals

but it has some issues with in town false signals

Although it does a good job of filtering, it still cannot disregard signals from Acura automobiles, and certain GM cars will set it off in heave traffic, presumably due to off-axis reflections of their radar

I can't understand why the "worlds best radar detector" can't figure out the type of signal the construction signs use, recognize it as such and treat it like a false signal

The detector keeps giving continuous false KA signals

It's spot-on with my speedometer and it has never lost GPS signal.

The GPS looses signal too easily so the lockout feature which is why I bought this over the Valentine 1 is pretty much worthless

Evidently, the road was simply clear of traps and it wasn't picking up irrelevant signals

For the price class, I would expect much more sophisticated rejection of false signals and detection of actual police speed measurement and that the detector be automatically aware of the posted speed limits via GPS, with free updates, right out of the box.

When travelling through the Baltimore harbor tunnel, as expected, it will lose the gps signal

The main purpose for this device is for GPS so that false signals don't keep going on

Alerts me for every K band I was going through until I cloud not make the difference between the real one and the fakes one

Highly recommended as long as you can remember to take it out of your vehicle EVERYTIME
