ESCORT MAX360 - Laser Radar Detector, GPS for Fewer False Alerts, Lightning Fast Response, Directional Alerts, Dual Antenna Front and Rear, Bluetooth, Voice Alerts, OLED Display, Escort Live!

    • It is a pretty good unit, and a lot of people will open the box, turn it on and assume that is it, but you have to adjust the unit to suit what types of radar/laser are used in your area or you will get set off by parking and automatic cruise control sensors like mad
    • the cop was very visible and in fact the unit was marginally effective in picking them up with adequate notice
    • That being said there is a MUCH better unit on the market should you not need/want arrows
    • this is a bad unit, waste of $$$
    • Nice unit at first glance
    • The second issue these units had was a software bug that the Radar Detector user community referred to as the "K Band Lockup Bug"
    • It's a Great urban/occasional highway driving unit
    • This unit was great, but had two big issues
    • Even cheap standalone GPS units have that as a standard function
    • I would definitely recommend this unit
    • I did ran across few cops and this unit was silent like a rock
    • Overall I really like this unit and thinks it’s the best detector out there
    • I love this unit, it works well iand looks
    • If yours is similar, i'd suggest a cheaper unit with GPS and access to the Escort database
    • First unit was defective
    • Great unit!
    • The unit works good by its self, but adding the subscription service with your smartphone & blue tooth connection is the only way to go.
    • Love the unit, looks great, works awesome.
    • This caused the unit to become unresponsive and stop alerting to new radar signals as you'd continue driving, yet the display would still show animations as if it were scanning
    • I don't care about all the fancy red light, aircraft and other BS supposed 'features" that are not relevant if the basic radar detector is no better than the cheaper units.
    • The unit is erratic and loses pairing all the time, even with known good Bluetooth cell phones.
    • If you don't need off axis detection (and want directional arrows) then this is a great unit price aside.
    • So all in all, this unit wasn't really helpful at all, just got annoyed with all the useless alerts even with the filters turned on, poor range on cop detection and an app that hardly works
    • Maybe my unit was defective
    • there's probably no better unit in the market - it identifies every single
    • even cheap units do well in that regard.-Price, IMO its way too high considering the other units out there.-Size, this unit is large, though the dimensions are not considerably bigger

    • The 360 is definitely a larger unit, but I really like the multi-colored OLED display.
    • I purposely bought this unit so I wouldn't have to deal with the speaker being blown out on the redline which I hear is really great.
    • - The unit and the lights on it are very cool, hi-tech looking
    • So all in all, this unit wasn't really helpful at all, just got annoyed with all the useless alerts even with the filters turned on, poor range on cop detection and an app that hardly works
    • Alerts me for every K band I was going through until I cloud not make the difference between the real one and the fakes one
