well it reminds me to observe posted speed limits about 10 times a week

It has warned me a few times and I love the feature where it stores radar from

It's my 2nd Rader Detector and the silence it provides skipping false alarms and the extra time it gives you to slow down before a police cruiser is spotted is worth the extra cost.
