The positive is that the seller (Esky) seems to have very good customer service and followed up.

Great customer service, in my initial review I give 2 stars because it only work for a week, after that I was contacted by Hebe in customer service and he apologize for what happen with the transmitter, and he let me know they stand by there product

didnt need it & couldn't return but outstanding customer service made it right for me!

Update, after my review I was contacted and have raised to 4 stars, it's not very often anymore when you receive great customer service.

After leaving this review, the seller reached out to me and asked for details about the issue and upon further explanation, they offered me a full refund, therefore I am revising my one star to a 3 star, good customer service goes a long way.
