After that, it started making very bitter taste coffee no matter what coffee I used

Some issues people had may not have had the finely ground coffee/espresso...powdery consistency

It is not easy to obtain an optimal milk for espresso coffee and the coffee is very clear, it is not espresso.

But I dump the coffee right after use, wash/rinse it in water right away, open the top cap so the inside can dry off of the heat of making espresso, and once every two weeks just run it without coffee so the hot water can wash off whatever might be residing in the tube

Since I know have to work from home and cannot stop by my favorite coffee shop, I have been forced to buy an espresso machine to make my daily iced lattes

I was never able to turn on the milk frother, and when I finally managed to get an espresso to brew, the machine smelled like burnt plastic, and the coffee tasted like it
