The headrest is at just the right height to be functional and the seat is perfect.
In the picture the "Leather" (nice enough, but not real top grain leather, think bonded) is not as shiny as in the picture, more flat blackish
The chair itself isn't that bad the seat itself is quite comfy
I am 6'3" and this is one of the few chairs that can elevate the seat to a proper height for me to sit comfortably
With regards to assembling, after I secured the base to the seat I then secured the seat to the arm rest only to find I had to loosen the screws to allow for some wiggle room in attaching the back to the arm rest.

It was very hard to put together as the holes did not line up very well for the screws and because of this one arm is slightly uneven, but all things considered a nice purchase.
Great purchase.
