Don't waste your money, That is really all there is to say about that.
Unfortunately the screen is not working good .. but thanx to Amazon that they refunded my money when i send to them about it
but I missed the window for returns by a few days.

I changed the batteries, but still got the same error -looks like the word unUsed-Of course- the warranty expired after a year-now I'm left without a scale.
