I updated the BIOS to the new version right away for the higher fan speed to reduce the possible heat issue

Card is great, out of the box runs everything I play at 60 fps and no heating issues.

New edit: I never had any heat issues with the card

I heard reports that this edition has over heating issues

Before I purchased this I read about the heating issues and the new cards being made with thermal pads

Card is nice but there is already a recall on it with Heat issue where a thermal pads are required.

RMA 2 swapped the thermal pad and vbios updated card from RMA 1 due to a loud clicking noise that exceeded the noise level of the fans as fast as I've seen them go (about 30-40%)RMA 3, if approved, will be the same as RMA 2 since the new card has an identical, though slightly quieter noise issue

I'm loving it!No complaints as of yet

Amazon is as great as always, still doesn't take back the frustration and time wasted
