The only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is that it fulfills the promise of charging at full speed and the PowerIQ port works as expected

The new one works great, and I'm impressed by how responsive the Anker customer support folks have been

The first one I received was not working properly, the slightest movement caused it to lose contact and the phone would constantly be connecting/disconnecting or saying it was charging under low power with estimated charging times over 7 hours

The new one is working great, I love the fact that I can charge my Ipad and my samsung galaxy phone with one charger

Charges better than the one that came with the phone; works great with my Galaxy S4

So when I saw this charger it seemed like it has great reviews for a reasonable price

It was the fastest car charger I ever used in my experience

There are a lot of "cheap" car chargers, some can do the 2A+, but most fail or fall short - only one port or some other problem.

I used to search out the cheapest car charger I could for my phone, and I had to replace the chargers often

Overall, I'm happy with this product for the the price and would recommend it to someone looking for a cheap car charger

Otherwise, it is an awesome car charger for your phone.

While in transmission mode, this device produces a hiss to it that is very noticeable if the source volume is low.

I contacted their customer service via email & they happily agreed to send me a replacement completely free of charge & didn't even require me to return the failed device.

After doing this, the device works exactly as I had envisioned.

I don't turn the device on and off or worry about its state of charge

This device is easy to charge, easy to connect to audio sources, easy to pair, and does what it is expected to do

Sound quality is good with little discernible degradation in sound quality.

At first, the charging would be intermittent and dependent on a particular angle; now, no matter how much I manipulate it, it will not charge

I was shocked how quickly it charges, so even while I'm using the phone it's still charging faster than I'm using up the battery

The charger still works if I provide my own cord (which I did for 6 months), but the USB port is now only providing a 1.2A slow charge.

This charger charges quickly, and the USB port is great for car trips when you're charging other people's phones/devices as well

I am giving it 4 stars because It did die after 6 months, however I would give the company 5 stars

I'd take off a star for the rigidity of the coiled cable (I should have bought a straight cabled charger of another brand), and one or two more because it died on me.

I would have given it 5 stars but when you attach the usb cable while it is in use, the receiver connection interrupts the blue-tooth session, which then needs to be re-established--a small annoyance which should be rectified with a firmware update or in the next product revision.

A little longer cord would have granted this very nice charger 5 stars.

Had my S3 charging while providing GPS directions (sucks a lot of power) and another S3 charging at the same time and both were charged quickly

If you have a phone that sucks up a lot of juice I highly recommend this charger

Coiled cable, works great..like it a lot.

I even tried plugging in another USB cable into the other jack that's included, but that didn't work either.

Secondly because there is always tension on the plug, the plug has worked itself loose overtime and will not seat properly anymore

The tension either pulls the plug from the phone or the cigarette lighter.

zero lip-sync delay between the TV video and its AudioBrightech promises a 3 year personal warranty which makes me think they have faith in their own product and plan on staying in business.+++The bottom line is I put my currently owned high quality electronic devices to use by spending a total of $80 as to NOT have to deal with a pair of cheap bluetooth headphones that would probably sound cheap and then fall apart in a month or two, and or, have to deal with the Deadly "Bluetooth TV Lip Sync Delay Issue"
