assembly - easier than most treadmills as it came pretty much assembled

Having said that, assembly was easy by following the enclosed owner's manual.

It took me awhile to get it unpacked alone, but assembly wasn't too difficult.

It has an odd habit of speeding up sometimes randomly when you try to stop it for a few moments, as well as when you change speeds it hiccups sometimes misstep at first

It's hard to maintain a steady gait when the motor audibly and physically, slows as it takes the weight of each footfall for a fraction of a second
