The box the treadmill came in was not damaged so that tells me the company put a damaged treadmill in a box and sent it.

The box had been ripped open, retaped, and had holes in it.

Mine had been beat up in transit; the box was punctured, one nylon strap was lost and another was hanging by a thread, the box was dented and torn, but the treadmill was in perfect condition and operates perfectly.

I received the treadmill today and the box was a mess.
