The machine broke down after 7 months, emailed and called customer service several times, no response at all

Having said that, This is the most useful, appropriate, effective aerobic fitness machine that I've used in a very long time..

I found that the special settings options wasn't worth the problem as it disappears when the machine is turned off (recommended when not in use)

On my 1st purchase I thought the machine may have been flawed, and was willing to give the manufacturer another shot.

Basic for the price but still a good machine.

After removing the outer box, the machine itself was fully encased in huge pieces of styrofoam, ...great for protection but difficult to dispose of.

Well built and quiet machine

Took a little while to figure out the assembly technique from the instructions, but once up and running,its a very solid, smooth machine .Even though its a "Walking" treadmill, it can reach quite a fast pace to almost a slow trot if required

It's hard to maintain a steady gait when the motor audibly and physically, slows as it takes the weight of each footfall for a fraction of a second

We were excited to get this treadmill, and slightly disappointed as we assembled it

and I live on a 2nd floor which leaves me to believe the reason a bar was dented as I then had to pry and hammer the bar to assemble the base.
