This was not an Amazon issue -- it was an issue with a poor product / manufacturer.

The product never worked

Great product reasonably priced and fantastic service.

Overall it's a great product and I would not hesitiate to recommend it to other large people.

This is a great product but arrived with a missing piece -

I feel very safe using this product, it's helped me get back to walking since I am home bound and need to walk, I always wanted a treadmill because I don't like going outside alone

I LOVE this product.

I still need to figure out how to adjust the belt, as it does slide a bit, and I do not wish to damage this product,as it would be a major pain to get it back in the box and seal it!I felt sorry for the UPS guy that delivered it, as he had to take it off the hand truck and drag it into my little place

...great product for indoor exercise especially when the "outdoors" is cold/wet/miserable

Overall I would recommend this product to anyone who is not looking to spend a fortune, doesn't want a running treadmill, can accept that the handle bars will be too low if they are tall, and is heavy (~350lb)

As another reviewer pointed out the speed adjustments speed up for a few seconds when slowing down which can make you trip or startle u since it jerks you into an unexpected speed.
