The box is incredibly flimsy, and as such, the first treadmill I received was damaged.

Not only was my box not damaged but it was a sturdy two piece box that allowed you to pick the unit up out of it without tearing the box apart - which I thought was good in the event that something was wrong and I would need to send it back.

Great, all I need to do is wait for 1 to 5 days for somebody to pick up this garbage and in the mean time it would stay in my apartment taking up space in a dirty box!!

Now, the one big bad on this treadmill is the packing, or lack thereof, the box is flimsy, and UPS did not follow the suggestion of the 'this way up' arrow
