The length of the arm is the perfect length and it bends easily.

I think the product comes at reasonable price and probably could be used for future phones

*I had an old 6 plus and right after using this the screen stopped working because it was shaken too much

the suction cup works really well don't have any complaints.

mine worked perfectly fine and i like the fact I can only use one hand to mount the phone or to take it off

This worked well for a few months but will not stick to glass anymore, rendering it useless.

This works well with keeping my phone in eye shot without blocking my view of the road.

It was purchased from a Kiosk in the mall and was very, VERY poor quality

The piece to hold the phone on the mount did not stay on so the holder kept falling off.

I bought it for my wife whose car did not lend itself to a vent style holder and the windshield was too far for a regular glass mount unit.

My new car has round vents (yecch!), so my vent-holders do not work very well at all

This is a great phone car mount, the part that attaches to the windshield really stays attached

My previous mount was inadequate, as it was to short to view my phone

It's all designed around mounting the phone in portrait mode and turning it sideways will cause the phone to fallout (eventually).

One, never got any use due to bad design, and the second has become junk as well as a safety hazard (phone slips/falls out sometimes)

So far, none are as good as this one in my opinion...and this one is less expensive than many others and such a simple, easy design which just works well.

The clasps are good and strong, and it is otherwise well designed.

We were experiencing unusually cool weather when I first installed it

I know it's been VERY cold out here in Maryland for over ten days in a row, but there're no warnings about not using it in cold weather

We have cleaned the glass and the suction cups numerous times and the mounts will not hold once the car is in motion.

The material quality of the product is good , but its sticker rubber can't stand the heat also phones slip and fall off easily

Unfortunately, there is an issue with the suction cup eventually losing it's ability to hold a suction over time, but only after long exposure to severe heat, such as sitting in a hot car with direct sunlight in 100+ degree temperatures

Only concern, which is minor, is the fact that it shakes a lot when driving.

The sticky pad is also pretty firmly in place as long as you aren't intentionally trying to mess with it

The two sides adhesive pad is worthless and now the mount vibrates.

Mine did not come with a suction cup but a gel sticky pad that looks just like the picture.

I like the extra support pad since it helps stabilize/support the phone holder

The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is not as long as I had thought, and you have to use the sticky pad, it will not stick without it
