Product was missing its top piece

Ridiculously hard to remove the plastic safety tab, small piece broke off on the side and now the can is inoperable.

Ridiculously hard to remove the plastic safety tab, small piece broke off on the side and now the can is inoperable.

I never write reviews, but this was missing a key piece - the red thin nozzle attachment - to use effectively.

Except, that broke off a piece of the plastic that is used to put pressure on product so the air can begin to flow
