one first one I got was defective lost connection after 24 hr and keep dropping replacement works great load time are improved and plenty of storage space only down fall is it doesn't Wake up until you first access it so initial load is little
It's best used for transferring games you aren't currently interested in but may be at some point down the road, and a quick 2-6 minute transfer is way better than re-downloading each time.
Very excited to hook it up to my xbox one and have lots of free space and hopefully fast load times.

Surprised manufacturer had no software tools available to test it...so after working on it for a couple days, time to go back

I bought 2 of these drives when they were having some kind of fluke sale (it was a great deal)

How can a company refuse to replace a defective product?
When I find something good at a great price, I like to share that the product was good as I know how hard it is to assess a product from a picture on a webpage.
Unfortunately, I needed it in hurry - and two day shipping doesn't help a bad product..
I'm sure this is a good product it did not work with my Tivo Bolt

It comes is a solid nice case, but to have two failures in two purchases is somewhat annoying

Not sure what kind of drive is in the enclosure, but the unit has some serious heft to it and appears well built

I haven't done any serious timing tests, but it seems to work fine using esata
The eSata worked fine but the USB 3 did not work on one of my computers.
If anyone can tell me how to marry this eSATA external hard drive to a Tivo DVR, please let me know.
is a polite term for how bad the USB-ESATA bus cards on this system work
The eSata works fine and we have several USB 3.0 external drives that work as expect here in our office, but this device can't be recognized nor are drives found.
