I also should mention that it folds up to a very compact & a fairly flat size so it is easy to carry in a pocket which comes in very handy.

This is little tuner is great for quick tuning as well as for beginners just learning the sounds of notes.
I still want her to learn to tune it without one of these, but this is a good way to speed the tuning process along if need be, and also to check to make sure she's done it correctly when she DOES do it manually.
