As it turned out, it really not a bad little amplifier.
This 10 lb. product will be very mobile and when considered with the quality of the sound, I will likely never use my larger, more powerful and more expensive amplifier.
I purchased this amplifier for my little brother and he loves it
This amplifier is perfect for people who have a small home, where space is almost too constricted
According to the twelve-year old we gave it to for Christmas, the amplifier is not loud enough.
However, after only 3-4 months of moderate (and entirely stationary) use, it has developed a HORRIBLE humming noise when the cord is plugged into the input jack.
The sound on this thing is utterly mediocre, with so much unbearable fuzzy white noise that you'll need to crank up the volume and stand across the room just to enjoy your sounds
One thing I noticed was there is a buzzing/rattling noise when I hit low strings on my acoustic electric and had to turn the bass volume all the way down to avoid it.
Great noise for a small affordable amp
Was a nice little amp, but about two months after I bought it, it started making a loud radio static noise (even when nothing was plugged in) and now it's unusable.
Constant humming, treble and bass adjustment not so good, and input for microphone not working at all
With a little delicate jiggling of the guitar cord, the humming will stop, but after a few moments it loses the connection and again hums continuously! It appears to be a bad internal connection at the jack.
There was NO volume when a source was plugged into the guitar input jack - Just a low static hum
The sound is very clean, no noticable hum when not struming, and the volume is very loud for only10 watts
However, after only 3-4 months of moderate (and entirely stationary) use, it has developed a HORRIBLE humming noise when the cord is plugged into the input jack.
I'm sure my neighbors are getting sick and tired of hearing me play over and over!
This thing is loud, I live in a small apartment and I play with the volume around 4 (not to bother the neighbors) and anything over that will be
I have very annoying neighbors who hate loud music, and since this thing has a headphone jack, I can practice for so long without disturbing anyone/body
But, even for an apt, it puts out good sound and neighbors will not be out with a pitch fork.
Live in an apartment, and this would blow out the neighbors
