I have replaced the beans weekly and still have to leave the case open or the violin absorbs the odor.

It's really adorable, great for travel, protects my violin even from fellow travelers who are determined to cram in their rollerboards on top of it.

She says she feels like her violin is safer in there.... that the case won't just pop open
