My son was very excited to save his own money to buy this, and after a week he didn't care about it anymore

The positive: my son enjoys it and is actively looking at the number of steps he has made, comparing them to where I am at.

My son really enjoys tracking his daily steps and sleep cycles.

My daughter received for her 10th birthday and she loves it

The Charge 3 would be the perfect choice if only the software app supported a child account.

A much better choice for kids is the Garmin Vivofit Jr. -- although it has the irritation of needing to replace batteries occasionally, it can be worn in the pool, has better functionality, and basically does everything the Ace does for about $35 less.

He loves waking up to the silent alarm.

Dont waste your money with their piece of garbage products.

Her account is already protected through what I allow in the family group so I don't see any liability in allowing her to have a picture so we can easily keep track of who is who in the challenges.

Hopefully after the seven day wait period clears up in trying to delete these extra accounts I can pair the device

– Fitbit has a seven day ‘grace period’ where you have to wait until the account is actually removed.

It has all the features I want, and works perfectly with my fitbit app

Overall, this fitbit ACE is not a well thought product and almost useless to me.

Fitbit is the worst

Extremely overpriced, literally a regurgitated fitbit charge and offers nothing new from this 5 year old technology for $100 is insane.

The Fitbit works fine for tracking activity however my child is not able to add friends or have a profile picture
