    • Scouring various forums, this is a common known issue
    • Talked to tech support and they stated it is a known issue with this phone/device combo and are working on fixing it in a timely manner
    • From what I've read, this is becoming a known issue with the device so heads up that you might see this too if you buy this
    • There is a known issue with the software of this watch and Fitbit is NOT fixing it
    • They are replacing the device at no charge, however I am very concerned that this is a know issue to the manufacturer and the new one will have the same issue
