If you like biodata, Fitbit definitely has the best app.

It's a great fitness watch with lots of functions the app is really good too

I think Fitbit has come up with a great app for iOS that synchs with the watch over bluetooth

I take very good care of items I own, so can only say it's shoddy workmanship

The instructions in the packaging indicate that there is a likelihood of skin irritation if proper care is not utilized

The features were great, but for the value I would of thought it would be more moisture resistant.

This device has awesome features and I loved it, however it has absolutely NO protection for moisture or sweat.

In fairness, it has many good features - vibrates for text messages & iPhone calls

After a couple of months of wearing the Fitbit Surge and loving its monitoring functions, I developed severe pain and a swelling in my left arm where the watch was placed.

Love the function, fit and feel of this watch but am disappointed with the band durability

The Fitbit Surge, script is much larger than others, I love to be able to monitor my heartbeat with just a swipe, many great other functions too, love the new Tangerine color, and the band with a latch.

I run 5k a couple of times and week and love the fact that this has the GPRS inbuilt, with the heart rate monitor, It has replaced my Garmin Forerunner 305, with a hear rate chest strap

This trackers have an evident design Flaw in the Straps, serious quality issues and the damaged straps are nor replaceable

The Surge is a decent fitness tracker except that the bands bubble up and look terrible in short order

My wife has the charge and it has a clip that holds the cable in place to charge instead of the plug (way better design) also the sleep tracker does not track rem sleep like some of the less expensive trackers.

I have no complaints with this fine fitness tracker and excellent app.

Customer Support never provided a solution, and after January 4th, Fitbit offered an exchange of this defective Surge for an Ionic

The only solution that Customer Support offered was for me to purchase a new Fitbit watch.

Customer support was polite but completely unsatisfying

the blazeand it's battery stopped working and again horrible customer support!!!

Not worth the $$s.

I purchased this watch a little over a year ago and it has completely fallen apart!

Having said that, the watch was great though a bit bulky

BUT the watch has completely fallen apart after only about 6 months of use

They don't support their product except to say read the manual

Fitbit is having several major software issues with this product

I have only had this Fitbit for one week & the face has already cracked & I did not hit it or drop it.

GPS use drains your battery very quickly, but that's normal with any watch.

The Fitbit customer service agent was very eager to say that the battery is bad and that I should go for a new watch pushing to invest another $200+ on their product

I live that the gps is built in so long runs with music on your phone aren't draining the battery to also use

My surge worked fine for about 11 months then the screen became unreadable

I used the Qibox screen protector to protect the Surge screen and it worked

After about 1.5 years the band started to break and the screen quit working properly

The first Surge I got had a bad screen right out of the box

The Surge had good reviews but mine only lasted about a week before the screen stopped working.

Very difficult to stop the time when finished with exercise, so my timing is not accurate

This time, not only did the band start to bubble after about 7-8 months, but the screens wouldn't swipe any longer and I would have to hard reset the watch just to be able to track my workouts

I had a hard time getiing it to stay paired with my phone

By late October of 2016 I returned my first watch to the store because it could not maintain proper time, step or mileage

Please do not waste your time or money eith this watch or company.

Besides that the display is difficult to read, and hard to control it with sweaty fingers.

It was running well until a week ago, no display at all.

water resistant but cannot wear it in the shower or swim with it... display is dim and small which makes it hard to read while running/biking... lastly the band is not replaceable and have already had to exchange it once be cause the band began to separate.... if Fitbit wants to be anything more than an everyday fitness tracker and appeal to athletes then a redesign should be considered.

Also, it has many more features and a bright color display.

My first band broke 6 months in...then a year later, my second one broke, the band and the watch

You'd think a top of the line watch used to exercise would hold up longer than 4 months

5 months of wear seems like a short life for a "fitness" watch.

My band didn't break - but it would have in a few weeks.

Here we are 6 months later and the band is bubbling AGAIN and the watch is refusing to

After about 10 months, the band started to fail at the connection with the face of the watch.

Within 6 months, the band on the new watch started breaking also.

The band is not as strong as it should be, poor manufacturing

Mostly I bike and there's no reason other than poor quality for the band to seperate

I used the app and liked the original design, I liked that the Fitbit had some decent qualities about it

Their offer of a 25% discount to purchase another of their poor quality products fell short of my expectations

I'm not sure if I really have poor quality sleep or if the sleep tracker sucks

I am down rating it to two for what I perceive to be poor quality for such an expensive watch.

They in general don't want to stand behind their products trying to blame customers for their bad designs

The design is bulky and less than 6 months the connection to charge is constantly failing

The fit bit Blaze bought at the same time is fine - different design

Does not solve the poor connector design but at least I will not have to clean it as much
