The mesh back is very comfortable and the lumbar support is amazing.

It was wider than my favorite executive chair, the chrome base was reinforced and not hollow and just way sturdier, the wheels are stronger looking, and it is HEAVY DUTY.
Heavy, sturdy and comfortable, also, nice looking in the office.

What I DID NOT like (and cost this chair a star) is the fact the wheels will not go into the base.
And I do love the chair and it deserves 5 stars even though I don't like the tilt
