My experience has been good so far.

As such it charges batteries at a fairly rapid rate.

These work as intended but only give an approximate indication of the battery level

I would recommend Folomov revisit this charger and perhaps redesign it with 26650 batteries in mind since they would make excellent candidates to handle the high charge rate and have large capacities which would benefit the power bank feature
