Hands down, the most fun open world, free roam racing game
This is a really cool game, it adds a nice open world twist to the forza games

Great handling cars, great selection of cars, and a huge, completely open world.
I understand the developers have to make money, however I feel like the content that is provided does not fully justify the price they are charging and I feel like those cars should have been included in the game in the first place.
The developers did a great job of making these surfaces believable.
The sound (on surround sound system) is great and they have done a good job of keeping the car exhaust notes faithful to their real world counterparts.
They did do a good job getting the feel of arcade and sim
First Forza game to offer night time racing and they did an excellent job with
It's a little annoying listeng to the turn-by-turn directions when a good song is on that you are trying to listen to, but the GPS does a great job if getting you where you need to go.
For example Test Drive Unlimited's online free roam is much, much better than in Horizon, online free roaming with your friends is limited to a world void of any traffic, any people and the only things to do are collect the pink signs and complete tedious challenges.
Hands down, the most fun open world, free roam racing game
If you love free roam driving, this game is perfect for you

How can you have illegal street races with no cops & mention cops over the radio but not see any cops?
If you have been looking for a great racing game for a while like me, then you should defiantly pick this one.

If you are looking for a pure racing simulation this is not the game for you.
Every driving game, simulator or arcade should learn from the interface for this game, for once there is a semblance of a reason for why you are racing, and a good attempt to keep up a pace rather than simply making you choose races from a menu to earn money to buy upgrades to win harder races from a higher numbered menu
Probably one of the best and most entertaining racing games I have ever played
The Forza series of racing games are by far the best racing games I have ever played in my entire life
The game itself has no lag while playing and it loads new sections of the games extremely fast compared to the old Forza 3 game I used to own
I felt lack of police almost took away from the excitement of "racing" on the streets, there are speed cameras that actually reward you for going fast?The good part is that there are a nice variety of cars, upgrades, and liveries, plus there is finally the ability to drive on dirt in a Forza game, and as far as an arcade racer goes it's not half bad game play
(Note: I do not play online as there are waaaaaay too many kiddies who are simply interested in ruining online play.
I highly recommend Forza Horizon to anyone looking for a solid racing game that is not hyper realistic.

Forza Horizon could've very well been Need For Speed Underground 3 in my honest opinion
I prefer my "Y" to be upshift and "B" to be downshift, just like in MotoGP 09/10, Forza 3, Forza 4, etc... however, Forza Horizon decides to limit these options and defaulted to using X or B for shifting
I love Forza as it is and I thought this game was AWESOME!!
My biggest complaint is the AI difficulty level
The "races" are either boring beyond compare, or are set up simply to frustrate the user by purposely putting civilian cars in the way at the most inopportune times or by having AI competitors get in front of you and purposely slow you down (this last aspect has always been a frustrating feature of the Forza line)
Once you've mastered the track you can up the AI difficulty level for a really fun experience
