I would recommend this product to all the parents with newborn.
Hopefully Foscam will see this as a manufacturing issue and replace the defective product with an updated one.
Would definitely recommend this product and their services!
We emailed the company for techical support and in the same breath they guarantee a 1 year replacement warranty for defective products and then double back saying that we can keep the (broken) product and offer to put in an order for a new camera with a so called "significant discount" that ends up being 10% off
